US Forum "Events and Fan Creations" Section?

Hi,

So I'm moving over across the pond from Europe back home to the US soon, so I've started up a US WoW account and have been posting on these forums some in preparation for starting to play on US realms.

However, I've run into a bit of a puzzle, so I was wondering if a GM or MVP might be able to shed some light on this.

Does the US forum not have an Events and Fan Creations section like the EU forum?
I can't seem to find it in the forum section list, so it doesn't appear to exist.

If I'm not missing it, where do the community members usually post their creations, e.g. art, machinima, short stories, etc.?

Please help.
