How do you eat your oatmeal?

Hi,

To be honest, I've never had oatmeal in my life. I keep on reading that it is a great food if your are trying to stay healthy and lose weight. So i'm wondering, what are ways to include oatmeal in your meals?

Especially for breakfast 1/2 cup of Rolled Oats, 1 1/2 cups of water, put into a saucepan on the stove till boiling point, simmer for 1-2 minutes - add a scoop of whey protein, stir it in. I usually add some Greek yoghurt to that. Best meal of the day.I am quickly becoming a big fan of oatmeal. I never really cared for it before, but I am loving it now. I usually mix mine with whey, or a little cinnamon and splenda.
